Amy Bishop Anderson is professor in the science and engineering department at Alabama-Huntsville Professor, UAH. Amy Bishop Anderson has been charged in the deaths of the 3 faculty members yesterday. Dr. Amy Bishop’s husband, Jim Anderson had also been detained for questioning, but was later released. Anderson told police he had no clue about the UAH shooting, and he was only at the University because Amy had called him to pick her up and he found her walked on UAH grounds. The 9mm gun used in shooting the 3 victims and injured several other victims was located hours after the shooting in a second floor bathroom.
Another lady was also detained after the UAH shooting, because she had gun shells in her pockets and police were trying to investigate and sum up the situation. Dr. Bishop was said to have began shooting while in a meeting with 15 other people in the room.
